I understand that the D. (Canada), Shopify Payments (Canada) Inc. or Shopify Payments (USA) Inc., Shopify Holding (USA) Inc., Shopify Data Processing (USA) Inc., Shopify LLC (USA), which run the shop on behalf of D. Swarovski KG. Furthermore, I consent that these companies located in the US and in Canada will use my data for the enhancement of their services. (For more detail, please see the Privacy Policy of Shopify, which is available under https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy, in particular its point 3., which refers to the use of data by Shopify.) I am aware that the US do not provide for adequate safeguards for the protection of my personal data according to European data protection law. I may withdraw my declaration of consent for no reason at any time by sending an e-mail to unsubscribe@adorejewelry.com.
